CVMF Complex Storm and Sanitary Sewer Improvements (RE-BID)

The base bid scope of the work consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 38 storm and sanitary sewer structures and rehabilitation of 13 storm and sanitary structures within the City of Rochester s Central Vehicle Maintenance Facility complex. The project also includes approximately 3,300 LF of jetting, heavy cleaning, removal and disposal of debris and post construction televising of the site s storm and sanitary sewer system. In addition, the base bid scope of work includes pavement and surface restoration, removal and disposal of approximately of 20.000 tons of excavated material to an offsite landfill, removal of approximately 20,000 gallons of oil impacted ground water and implementation of a Soil Management Plan.
