Modernization Of Sussman Apartments

The Brookline Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from pre-qualified Trade Contractors for the Modernization of Sussman Apartments project in Brookline, Massachusetts in accordance with the documents prepared by BWA Architecture and Daniel O'Connell's Sons Inc. as the Construction Manager. The project consists of major renovations of apartments units including abatement of all surfaces and replacement of walls and finishes throughout. The first floor areas will be substantially reconfigured with new walls and finishes throughout. The work will be completed in phases both in the apartment areas as well as the first floor office and community spaces
