Fixed prices for the purchase and installation of classroom conferencing cameras using ESSER funds. 1. Logitech Meet Up Video Conferencing Camera Zoom: 5X Minimum resolution: 1080p Diagonal Field of View: 120o Horizontal Field of View: within 110 o -140 o Vertical Field of View: 75 o Speakerphone: Yes Track primary speaker: Yes Preset zoom/field of focus: Yes Microphone: at least 4 meter - pick up Pan +/- 25 o Must be ceiling mountable to drop ceiling T rail (Ceiling height approximately 9’). Include remote control for panning, zooming, tilting and lock frame, with ability to have preset default frame. Ceiling mount (T bracket to hang from drop ceiling) Ability to connect to external microphone. Ability to connect to power and computer up to 75 ft from camera set up USB extender. 3 year warranty on all components Installation: Mount the Logitech camera to ceiling per code and Manufacturer's instruction. Connect Logitech Meetup camera to Valens USB and Power Extender. Run A/V wiring from Valens USB and Power Extender to teacher's workstation above the ceiling and on the wall using surface mounted raceway in a pigtail scenario which will connect cabling directly into camera adapter (no termination box or plate). Provide surface mounted raceway for wiring. Provide up to 75 ft Cat6 cabling required for each installation. Calibrated system Remove debris from the install from the classroom and dispose in school’s dumpster. Provide pictures of install for review Provide documentation
