Description

Provide and deliver meters and meter reading equipment consistent with an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (“AMI”) System. The existing water meter reading system is antiquated and operates manually. In an effort to achieve more accurate readings and upgrade the aging meter infrastructure, the Town of Stanley has determined that a new meter reading platform is needed which allows for meter reading throughout the day, meters which significantly reduce unaccounted water from the utility by maintaining accuracy over the life of the meter and tracking flow rates as low as 0.015 gallons per minute and do so using a minimal amount of network infrastructure and hardware.
