Description

1. HVAC: Replace existing heat pump units on the first floor as indicated on the plans. Integrate new HVAC units into existing building Automation System. 2. Electrical: Replace 480v/280v 3 phase distribution switch boards including a main switchboard. 3. Replace Ceiling Grid in the hallways (first and second floor) and replace existing fixtures with new LED light fixtures. Replace outdoor canopy lights with LED fixtures. 4. Plumbing: Replace 2 hot water heaters and 1 hot water boiler and associated recirculation pumps.
