| Description | Tree cutting and removal of approximately 64 trees standing and on the ground located at Lt. Michael Cleary Drive. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked Proposal for Cutting and the Removal of Trees at Lt. Michael Cleary Drive. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must be enclosed. If the bid is accepted, the successful bidder shall execute the contract and shall furnish and pay for Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price within 15 business days after receipt of the Notice of Award along with the required Certificates of Insurance Dallas Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. |
