Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in New York, New York. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. Project No. 526-22-510 is for Fuel Oil Leak Repairs at James J. Peters VAMC, 130 West Kingsbridge Rd., Bronx NY 10468 The Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel & supervision to supervision to accomplish this project in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor is responsible for coordinating and scheduling work to minimize to short duration and shall be expected to plan work in accordance to the scope of work stated in the statement of work. Work shall comply with Veterans Affairs specifications and regulations, all applicable Federal, State and Local Codes, including specific regulations related to working at James J. Peters VA Medical Center. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside procurement and is conducted in accordance with Public Law. All prospective offerors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 237120, Duns & Bradstreet (www.DNB.com) and are verified/visible/certified in VetBiz (www.vetbiz.gov) at the time of offer submission and beforeaward of this procurement. Offerors must submit the annual Vets-4212 Report. The NAICS is 237120 & Business Size is $39.5 Million. Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion Time is forty-five (45) calendar days from the award date. A pre-offer site visit is scheduled for May 2, 2022 at 10:00 am E.T. Prospective offerors shall meet at James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Engineering Office Room GC100, Bronx, NY 10468-3904 NO OTHER SITE VISITS WILL BE ALLOWED. INTERESTED OFFERORs ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND. To preserve the integrity of the procurement process, all questions and request for information must be submitted in writing to Delfo Saco-mizhquiri, Contracting Officer, via email at Delfo.Saco-mizhquiri@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than May 3, 2022 by 4:00pm EST. EVALUATION OF OFFERS AND BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government may conduct comparative evaluation of proposals and will award a single contract from this solicitation. Evaluation of Offers & Basis for Award will be in accordance with FAR 13.106 with appropriate consideration given to the following evaluation factors: (1) KEY PERSONNEL: Offerors shall submit resume(s) of the key personnel with the offer demonstrating a minimum of FIVE years of experience in the trade performing the scope of work and experience with NYS Environmental and EPA laws. (2) PAST PERFORMANCE: Offerors shall provide at least three projects completed of similar in scope to this requirement. Also, the Government may retrieve information from the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). (3) PRICE: Offeror shall submit an itemized description of cost, including a breakdown of labor and material. The Government reserves the right to make award without discussions.
