Update Utilities, Building 49

Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to upgrade the utilities per drawings and specifications. This will include: Replace temporary mechanical system with new condensing units and fan coil units. Provide new exhaust fans throughout. Replace existing water heater. Replace existing light fixtures on first and second floor with new LED lay-in fixtures. Provide receptacles and data outlets throughout. Provide new electrical panel in lower level. Upgrade existing restrooms on lower level, first floor and second floor with new plumbing fixtures and finishes. Replace portions of fire protection system in lower level and second floor. Replace existing fire protection system on first floor. Replace existing fire protection system compressor. All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th. Street, Marion, IN 46953.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Common Work Results for Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 28 -	Electronic Safety and Security, Fire Detection and Alarm.
