Interested General Contracting firms must submit a RESPONSE PACKAGE of THREE (3) sealed proposals to: Peggy Cimics, TMRC, Cibolo City Secretary. ENVELOPES MUST BE MARKED: Cibolo Public Works Expansion Project Sealed Bid Proposal. ATTENTION: Timothy D. Fousse, CPM Director, Public Works and Capital Projects 4,000 SF addition, single-story with pre-engineered structure, foundation, exterior finishes, interior finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. There will also be some renovation work of 943 SF in the existing building. Bidding Documents also may be examined at Association of General Contractors in person at the offices of the Cibolo City Hall, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9am-4pm. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available on FTP online cloud service upon request (as portable document format (PDF) files).Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
