Cape Cod Community College (CCCC) 2023 Lot 12 Paving

The Project consists of but not limited to: Briefly, the work includes, but is not necessarily limited to repaving of CCCC Lot 12 including new curbing, drainage improvements, landscaping and other work as identified in project documents. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 03/31/2023 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.3039M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the CAPE COD COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. Anticipated Contract Award Date: 5/10/2023 Construction Completion Date: 6/15/2023

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
