Vistancia Point - Shops A, B and C

As of August 2023, construction has been pushed back with infrastructure to start by the Summer of 2024 and vertical construction to begin at the end of 2024. The project is an approximately 7,146 square foot shop building (Shops A) and an approximately 8,372 square foot shop building (Shops B) and approximately a 8,400 square foot shop building (Shops C) *Addendum 1 and 2 have been released. *We received some clarification that hopefully will help you all with bidding: -Landscaping - All landscaping will be completed during site contract scope of work. No landscaping proposals needed for this project. Thank you to those who have reviewed currently. -Civils - Grading/Wet Utilities/Concrete - The site civil plans have been updated. These plans give information on utility stubs as well as the specifications for building concrete, elevations etc. Site contractor will provide us with certified building pad. We will be responsible for all behind curb activities. As further clarification, a document has been included called "2. Phasing and LOC Exhibit." that should help show limits of construction. Regarding the decorative breezeway between Shops A and B and concrete bidders: Please provide this concrete as an add alternate as the Limits of Construction document shows this as site scope, but probably is intended to be building scope.
