Hillcrest Acres Infrastructure Improvements

Hillcrest Acres Infrastructure Improvements Project, which encompasses all or portions of Prospect Street Extension, Hillcrest Drive, Ledge Lane, and Skylark Road. Work includes but is not limited to, full depth roadway reconstruction, replacement of existing potable water infrastructure, and stormwater system upgrades. This project includes full depth reconstruction of the existing roadways on Prospect Street Extension (3,100 LF), Hillcrest Drive (1,715 LF), Ledge Lane (685 LF), and Skylark Road (925 LF) totaling 6,425 LF. Work includes but is not limited to replacement of the existing potable water infrastructure with use of temporary water systems as necessary; replacement upgrades of the complete on-site drainage system including new catch basins, yard drains, piping, headwalls, stabilized outlets, a treatment structure, ditching, and underdrain systems; new granite curbing and retaining wall, and various signage and striping.
