City of Auburn, Georgia Request for Proposals - Design-Build services for Courts Complex The City of Auburn, Georgia is embarking on a Capital Improvement Project to build a new Courts Complex. It is the desire of City of Auburn to engage the services of a Design-Build Firm or Team to design and build this Courts Complex. Specifically, it is planned to include; 4 each Lighted Tennis Courts, up to 8 each Lighted Pickleball Courts, Restroom/Concessions Building, & Parking / Infrastructure. It is the desire of City of Auburn to work with the selected Design-Build Firm or Team to develop a specific plan of action to achieve these improvements.

Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage, Toilet, Bath, and Laundry Accessories.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Instrumentation and Control for Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems, Lighting, Interior Lighting, Exterior Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
