Description

Grant Park, north of Golfview Drive, west of Wolf Road, north of North Avenue in the City of Northlake, IL. The proposed work is officially known as “Grant Park Splash Pad Project” and further described as construction of a Portland cement concrete splash pad, furnishing and installing all splash pad appurtenances, storm sewer, perforated underdrain, sanitary sewer, water service, permeable pavers, Portland cement concrete sidewalk, combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement and landscape restoration all as further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL).
