Design/Build - Installation of Owner Provided CRAC HVAC Units - Data Center

Pueblo School District 60 is seeking competitive proposals for the design, engineering, and installation of two new Owner provided JCI-CRAC units. • Place and set (2) Owner furnished JCI CRAC’s with condensers. Interior units to be set on the South exterior wall to include the following: • New concrete housekeeping pads for (2) condensers. • Core drilling for refrigeration piping. • Data room screen to be mounted on existing Unistrut to contain cooling around servers. • New 200-amp panel and feeds to new HVAC equipment. • Discharge ductwork from CRAC’s with diffusers and back draft dampers for lead lag operations. • Refrigeration piping between interior and exterior units. • Pipe insulation. • Connection of DDC Controls • Factory startup from JCI. • Test and Balance of CRAC’s discharge. • Mechanical/ Electrical engineering. • Hoisting. • Permits.
