Description

"The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Progressive Design-Build Services - Gladstone Public Works Building. The Progressive Design-build contract is anticipated to be $4.4 million dollars dependent upon the outcomes of this solicitation. The City has secured the capital needed to fund the Project.
