Description

Project will consist of miscellaneous pavement repairs and drainage improvements to be administered by work orders as needed. The contract term is one year. At the Town`s discretion, the Town has the option to renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year terms. Both the contractor and the Town have the right to request renegotiated unit prices and/or quantities for the renewal term, and renewal will require the agreement of both parties.
