WWTP Consolidation Project Group 4 - Plumbing

Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents, Summary of Work. The work is generally described as follows: Chemung County Sewer Districts WWTP Consolidation Project, Contract Group 4, Contract 4B, which includes the general construction of the influent lift stations for the Regional WWTP and Lake Street Influent Facility. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 3.7 years Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total base bid. If an awarded bidder fails to enter into a contract with the County following notice of bid acceptance, the bid security shall be forfeited to and become the property of Chemung County. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening. The County of Chemung reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to waive any informality.
