Description

The project consists of striping the existing topsoil and native soils, placing them on-site and grading so as to not restrict the existing sheet drainage patterns, placing an aggregate parking lot, re-grading the existing swale on site to provide positive drainage, and other miscellaneous related items of work. The approximate quantities involved in this work are as follows: Earthwork, Site 1 LS Remove Trees, Shrubs, Corduroy (Complete) 1 LS Aggregate Base, 21AA Crushed Limestone, 12 inch 980 Syd together with other related items of work as well as cleanup and restoration.
