Pirates Cove Leisure Pool and Lazy River Resurfacing

Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to resurface the 6,567 sq. ft. 0 depth to 3.6’ leisure pool and the 8,181 sq. ft. 3’ 8” lazy river to include the 1,225 sq. ft. 3’ 6” slide catch pool. The retiling/replacement of approx. 67 sq. ft. of tile in the leisure pool to include the tile band, skimmer entry and nosing on all steps and bench and approx. 331 sq. ft. of tile in the lazy river and slide catch pool to include the tile band, skimmer entry and nosing on all steps is included as part of this Invitation to Bid. The leisure pool currently is a Diamond Brite finish and the lazy river and slide catch is a painted surface
