Description

Professional consultants to provide Professional Architectural/Engineering services for the design and construction of the New Dormitories and related site improvements at the Volusia County Branch Jail.. The scope of services shall consist of, but not limited to: 1. Professional services shall include architectural services, structural engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental engineering, land survey, geotechnical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protections, security surveillance and access control, communication and electrical engineering. 2. The Consultant shall render Professional Architectural/ Engineering services in phases including Design Development, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding and Construction Administration. 3. The Consultant shall work closely with the CM/GC (Construction Manager/General Contractor), under separate contract with the County, in developing construction feasibility and cost scenarios.
