| Description | Work consists of the following: Selective demolition of existing portions of HVAC and plumbing work on the roof of the building, existing gutters and downspouts, and other items as indicated in the Construction Documents. Installation of a new single ply roofing system (TPO membrane) over an existing metal roof retrofit.
