The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) requires the services of suitably qualified Vendors to provide all equipment, supplies and labor required to perform well plugging and restoration work at multiple sites throughout Coles, Clark, Cumberland, Effingham, Jasper and Crawford counties, Illinois as described. Secondary and tertiary awards to be made to the responsive/responsible low bidder for Work Zone 1. Rotary Rig - TRANSPORTATION: Rig mileage will be paid for one round trip only. The mileage cost shall be for the shortest distance along U. S. or State highways from the CONTRACTOR'S home office to the emergency project site. Non-Rotary Rig - TRANSPORTATION: Rig mileage will be paid for one round trip only. The mileage cost shall be for the shortest distance along U. S. or State highways from the CONTRACTOR'S home office to the emergency project site. Pickup Truck - TRANSPORTATION: Paid for on an as needed basis.
