Construction Contract for Phase 1A: B108 Parking Structure, including the seismic upgrade of the entire structure, adding two (2) new floors (levels 5 and 6) for approximately 150 additional parking spaces, anti-harm protection upgrades, and retrofit upgrades to fire protection and HVAC systems on levels 1 and 2.
