Liberty Municipal Golf Course Renovation

The Feature Shaping work shall include minor alterations to grades and the finish shaping of all features including fairways, greens, tees and traps, as directed by the Architect, and the dragging and floating of the site. This sequenced Work will include work before and after the installation of irrigation and is to be done in coordination with the irrigation contractor as he is finishing each phase of his work and in preparation for grassing. Feature Shaping shall include grading and floating of surfaces before and after any topsoil replating. Such work shall not be construed to include the backfill or compaction of irrigation contractor's work. Such work shall also include, if heavy compaction is encountered, that portion of the Work to be plowed, if necessary, and/or disked and harrowed to a fine seeding condition.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
