Description: Polar Lakes Park Parking Lot Rehabilitation consisting of the following: 4,650 Sq Yd Pavement Removal 900 Tons Bituminous Paving 2,100 Cu Yd Common Excavation 2,000 Tons Granular Embankment 1,400 Tons Class 5 Aggregate Base 130 Lin Ft 12" Storm Sewer. Additonal Description: Every bidder must apply to the Town Clerk at 1281 Hammond Road, Town of White Bear, for a Permit before conducting any subsurface investigation and such bidder shall be responsible to check with the utility companies concerning the location of any buried utility services.
