Description

The project scope includes selective demolition and reconstruction of office space in the existing third floor area of the Wood County Courthouse. The construction will include removing and replacing portions of the HVAC system in the construction area, new metal stud framing, drywall finish, painted walls, lay in acoustical ceilings, and updates to the electrical power supply system as necessary.
