| Description | As of May 11, 2022 This project is awarded to All states material group with awarded amount of $726,482.50. The Town of Swanzey (the Town) invites sealed bids for the 2022 Road Improvement Project in accordance with the contract documents and plans prepared by the owners representatives. Any questions regarding this project should be directed to Town Administrator Michael Branley via email mbranley@swanzeynh.gov. The Town of Swanzey is seeking bids for Road Improvements on various roads. Construction is scheduled for spring/summer 2022. The work shall include the following: Reclaim, gravel, grade & pave (Talbot Hill) Mill, Shim & Overlay (various Roads) Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the "Notice to Proceed" as follows: 60 days for substantial completion 90 days for final completion |
