Lindsay Municipal Hospital - ER Expansion/Renovation

The ER Expansion/Renovation project will include the following: oRemodel of existing ER to include adding a new addition to the existing ER that will meet OSDH standards. oExisting ER will remain in operation during the project oWork area will be separated by approved protective barriers that will meet Hospital Infection Controls procedure and requirements during the project oAll work areas will be kept free of trash and debris and will limit traffic to the rest of the hospital. As per State of Oklahoma Statues, Title 61 Section 107, bidders will require proof of insurance and bonds Bidders will identify all sub-contractors on the project to ensure complete coverage of the scope of work identified in the construction documents. The building site is part of the Hospital campus. The successful bidder will schedule all work to minimize impact to Hospital operations.

Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 27 -	Communications.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements.
