Construction Material Testing and Inspection Services (RFQ)

The City of Lawrence, having rejected all previous bids, invites proposals from qualified bidders interested in providing the following listed items to the Lawrence Public Schools' addition and renovation of the existing Oliver Partnership School, located at 183 Haverhill Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). A contract shall be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total bid price. CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TESTING AND INSPECTION SERVICES All questions regarding this RFQ should be directed Joe Clausi at joe.clausi@anseradvisory.com by September 8, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Answers to all question asked will be distributed to all bidders through an Addendum. All proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposals will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
