Construction of Pickleball Courts

Barnwell County, SC seeks proposals to build 4 pickleball courts to be located at the Barnwell County Family YMCA in Barnwell, SC. This RFP is an invitation to bid on a Turn Key basis, the complete design, and construction of a four (4) court, asphalt based all-weather Acrylic surfaced Pickleball Park with perimeter chain link fencing covering an area of 132' x 65', eight (8) 500W LED luminaires each affixed to 4"x 4" powder coated twenty (20) foot steel pole, electrically connected at the main power distribution source, a shaded spectator seating area for approximately 20 persons with a provision for the future expansion of an additional four (4) court Pickleball Park of similar or equal proportion. Your bid will include, with details: the complete design, engineering, excavation, supply of materials to site, construction, commissioning, and handover of the said Pickleball Park as described in this document and hereinafter referred to as the Scope of Work (SOW).
