21J: GHID Headquarters Landscaping - Phase 2

The 21J: GHID Headquarters Landscaping - Phase 2 project at the Districts headquarters located at 2888 South 3600 West, in West Valley City, Utah. The project includes landscaping improvements along the south side of the GHID headquarter property. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Project supervision. 2. Mobilization/Demobilization. 3. Demolition, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork 4. Construction of a new irrigation system including irrigation main line, pipe sleeves, valve assemblies, sprinkler heads, drip lines, excavation, backfilling, etc. 5. Installing ground covers including rock mulch and mow strip. 6. Furnishing and planting new trees, shrubs, perennials, and grasses. 7. Installing entry monument including lighting. 8. Restoration of existing improvements disturbed by construction. 9. Installation of Demonstration Garden, including concrete flatwork.
