Maplewood Terrace Roadway Resurfacing

The work of the contract includes but is not limited to: resurfacing asphalt roadway excluding parking lots, replacing existing curbing and catch basins, landscaping and related traffic control and fencing. % Bid Security and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds required. Complete bidding requirements are noted in the Contract Documents. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority.
