Description

Prep a 250` x 15` swath along edge of existing lawn to enlarge lawn. Remove invasive plants. Grade, loam, seed lawn. Loam supplied by Town. Excavate existing soils, replace with 12" dense grade supplied by Town to construct 125` x5` linear ADA walkway from Ideal Pavers to a 14` diameter patio for picnic table. Yankee Cobble soldier row along edges. Apply ½" stone dust on top of dense grade, to be supplied by contractor. Mortar in place a soldier row of Boston Colonial pavers by Ideal. Sweep polymeric sand to fill gaps. Prep and plant a 10`x20` pollinator garden. Town will purchase and deliver plants. Plant 18 shrubs along back/western edge of lawn. Town to purchase/deliver plants. Edge gardens with 5" pine bark mulch around plantings. Person hired meet owner on site to review details prior to excavation.
