Security System Upgrade, Phase 3

The project includes campus-wide upgrades and additions to the Colorado Community College System Lowry Campus physical security systems, and consist of scope within thirteen (13) facilities on the campus. Physical and electronic security system improvements are inclusive of doors and door hardware, security systems software, video surveillance components, access control components, security paging speakers, intrusion/duress alarm systems, and improvements to security operations center. The electronic security systems shall be provided complete and turn-key, including all necessary wiring, cable pathways, terminations, programming, commissioning, owner training, and project closeout documentation. Improvements to door openings include replacement of door hardware and adjusting or repairing existing door hardware.
