The structure’s addition is to be a stick frame brick veneer/ vinyl siding to match/blend with existing building construction; with reinforced concrete/masonry foundations and slab on grade floors. Includes, Foundation and utility excavation, insulations, drain system, and backfill. Dimensional Shingle roofing over 30 LBS underlayments and plywood roof deck - to match existing. Alum gutters and Down spouts to match existing. Roof trusses and stick frame gable framing components. 2x6 exterior wall framing and Finish carpentry - Casework and wood trims, wood interior doors and exterior hollow metal door & frames/ alum entry door and frame, aluminum clad vinyl windows, fiberglass insulation, aluminum/ vinyl fascia and eave trims. Drywall systems, acoustic ceiling systems, painting, carpet, vct tile, ceramic tile. All insulations for walls and attics. Mini split H.V.A.C. systems (elec), Plumbing and plumbing system fixtures. Electrical service panel/ meter relocation to serve new addition and existing panels as sub-panel, lighting equipment and fixtures, and data service. Site preparation, excavation, site utility connections with minor site concrete work, and minor landscaping.
