| Description | The project (base bid w/ alternates) generally entails the installation of approximately 1,720 LF of 8 inch diameter CLDIP water main along Liberty Avenue (655 LF) and Spring Garden Street (1,065 LF), installation of two sanitary sewer manholes, completion of point repairs, CIPP lining of approximately 1,181 LF of 6" VCP main, rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes, and roadway reconstruction of Spring Garden Street with paving curb, sidewalk, handicap ramps, signage, and striping. The proposed water main reconstruction will replace the existing 4 inch ACP water main in Liberty Avenue and 4 inch CIP in Spring Garden Street which will be capped and abandoned as a part of the project. | ||||||||
