Install Smart Flowers

1.1. To install already procured Smart Flower units onto Joint Base San Antonio. 1.1.1. To install a Smart Flower unit on top of the Wilford Hall parking garage (Building 4556). The Smart Flower connection will take place at the Electrical panel located on the first floor. The purpose is to have the Smart Flower power the golf carts (the step-saver) used to transport patients and guest to and from their vehicles. 1.1.2. To install a Smart Flower unit in the median after the Walter’s gate on Fort Sam Houston. The Smart Flower connection will take place at the electrical panel by the marquee sign. The purpose is to have the Smart Flower power the scrolling marquee. 1.1.3. To retrofit an existing Smart Flower, and trailer, with battery packs and outlets. The trailer will be used for demonstrations at JBSA events: Earth Day, Energy Awareness Month, and the Basura Bash. The purpose is use the mobile Smart Flower to promote energy awareness through innovative technology. This will also provide a power source to set up the Smart Flower without the use of a 240V generator.
