Window Washing Services

Contractor shall provide exterior window cleaning services on an on-call basis. Generally, the College requires services twice a year. Once during the spring and once in early fall. Contract will be given at least (5) business day advanced notice that services are needed. At the time of request, College shall instruct Contractor as to what type of cleaning service is needed for the work assignment. Work assignments shall include one of the following window cleaning service options. Option 1 - Clean exterior side of the glass only (per building location see below). Option 2 - Clean exterior and interior sides of the glass (per building location see below). Option 3 – Clean single side lite or pane of glass (location varies). Work will be performed at the following building locations: Simmons Entrepreneurship Building- Option 1,2 See Diagram A Main Building- Option 1,2 See Diagram A Barlow Building- Option 1,2 See Diagram A Allied Health Building- Option 1,2 See Diagram A
