US 30 MP 14.11-14.28 Pavement Repair

The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Forestry ("Agency"), is requesting a quote (RFQ) for services from your firm. The RFQ will be to collect heritage resource data for the Rogue-River Siskiyou National Forest, Forest-wide GNA Heritage Resource Data Collection project, located within several Ranger Districts around the Rogue-River Siskiyou National Forest (hereinafter referred to as "the project"). ODF and the U.S. Forest Service ("Forest Service" or "USFS") anticipate that the project will be used to support preparation and development of NEPA documentation for various Good Neighbor Authority (GNA), and other restoration projects around the Forest. This RFQ for data collection will be necessary for use in Categorical Exclusion, Environmental Assessment, and Environmental Impact Statement determinations. The Forest Service will also perform data collection and analysis for other resources within the analysis area, including wildlife, botany, aquatics, and soils. The Forest Service will prepare the required Decision Memos and project files for the project sites.
