| Description | Work includes a Brise Soleil wall repair in which the Architect and Structural Engineer has developed Construction Documents that clearly defines the methods for all wall repairs including damaged precast units, rusted steel reinforcing, re-mortaring and application of a clear sealer after all repairs are complete. The site engineering is minimal and will include minor re-grading to provide appropriate drainage away from the building and the Brise Soleil wall. |
