2023 Roadway Maintenance Materials - Aggregates

The instructions to bidders and general conditions described herein apply to transactions on material, supplies or services with an estimated aggregate cost of $10,000.00 or more. Material will be hauled to designated locations by either Saline County or their designated agent. The supplier shall provide the equipment to load the material as needed. Supplier shall be open for business during normal business hours, twelve (12) months per year and product shall be available on call. No Pre-Bid Conference Available Supplier will not bill for materials delivered or supplied until after January 1, 2023. All unit prices shall remain in effect until December 31, 2023. Saline County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities. Saline County shall make the decision as to what constitutes a technicality. No bid may be withdrawn after opening time for a period of 90 days. Late bids will be rejected.
