Rockville Intermodal Access: Baltimore Road Improvements

The project is for the construction of the Rockville Intermodal Access: Baltimore Road Project in the City of Rockville. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. New pavement and pavement resurfacing, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and shared use paths, pervious concrete sidewalk and shared use paths, concrete and asphalt driveways, bus stops. 2. New traffic barrier, traffic barrier end treatments and fencing 3. Removal of pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, drainage structures, bridge and culvert structures and related demolition 4. Grading and excavation 5. Storm drain improvements and stormwater management 6. Stream Stabilization 7. Utility adjustments (such as valves, covers, and meters) associated with paving and grading operations and utility relocations (water and sewer) 8. Clearing and grubbing, tree removal and tree protection measures 9. Seed and mulch stabilization and sodding 10. Landscaping 11. New pavement markings and roadway signing 12. Sediment control 13. Temporary work zone traffic controls
