Fire Station 6

Improvements to the Fire Station 6 building and site located at 825 West Badger Road. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, construction of addition, site work, and interior alterations and remodeling. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the intent of this contract. The Contractor shall use properly functioning equipment capable of performing the tasks required. The Contractor shall furnish workers who perform quality work and who are experienced and knowledgeable in the work proposed.. The project consists of the remodel and addition to the existing Fire Station 6 16 completed in 1988, including new utility, grading, paving, and landscape site work. Interior remodeling consists 17 of approximately 11,000 SF remodel and approximately 2,400 net SF addition
