Description	The architectural/engineering services for the project includes review and update of the Advanced Planning Study, programming, schematic design, design development, scheduling, cost control, construction document preparation, bidding and construction administration. W.D. Williams ES: Phase 1 involves new construction/addition of a classroom wing and Media Center connected to the existing building. Phase 2, to begin upon completion of the new wing, involves complete renovations to the classroom pods, Admin Suite and former Media Center to convert the classroom layouts from an open plan to a modern plan reflecting current instructional practices, safety concerns and code compliance. The Phase 2 renovations will require temporary relocation of students on a rotating basis. The project delivery method will involve a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), to be selected coincidentally or immediately after the design team is in place.
