The successful Contractor shall furnish proof of insurance at the time of contract award in the form of an insurance certificate and endorsements to the City Secretary's Office. The City Council of the City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals or any part thereof or any combination of proposals and to waive any or all formalities in any proposal, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interests of the City. No officer or employee of the City of Krum shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in this or any contract with the City of Krum. Minority and small business vendors are encouraged to submit a proposal on any and all City of Krum projects. |
