| Description | The City of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities (WSFCU) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for services to support Development and Implementation of ESRI Utility Network for Water Distribution and Sanitary Sewer Collection Systems and GIS Asset Collection Program. The program will focus on creation and implementation of an ESRI Utility Network for water and wastewater and QA/QC of current data as well as survey-grade field collection of missing data. The objective of this RFQ includes identifying and evaluating prospective vendors and their programs relative to WSFCU’s strategy and requirements. |
