| Description | Postle Hall – Window replacement at Postle Hall will be focused on the northwest quadrant (W 12th Ave side) of the building. Units were originally installed with the construction of the building in 1948. An alternate will be considered to replace the windows in the southwest quadrant of the building (units replaced in 1978). Lintels, flashing, etc. will need to be inspected and evaluated. Research Center – Located at 1314 Kinnear Rd, the project will replace all windows in the 2-story section as well as the west elevation, and portions of southeast corner, southwest corner, and northwest corner of the 1 story area. Lintels, flashing, etc. will need to be inspected and evaluated. Total Project Cost: $3,900,000 |
