| Description | In general, the contract consists of supplying various waterline appurtenances in accordance with the City of Oregon specifications. A bidder's bond, certified or cashier's check on a solvent bank, payable to the City of Oregon in the amount of $200.00 as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into, is to accompany the bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
