Description

Professional Engineering services for the work necessary to develop and implement a new groundwater monitoring plan for the Howard F. Curren Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2700 Maritime Blvd. The selected firm, among other work, will be expected to develop and implement a new groundwater monitoring plan (GWMP). The plan shall be developed in accordance with Florida Administrative Code and include the selection of an appropriate site and all testing and development work required to create the plan. Work will also include submittal of the completed GWMP plan to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for approval and upon approval the implementation of the GWMP, including, permitting, installation, development and initial sampling of the monitoring of the wells. Services will also include, but not limited to, engineering investigations, site planning, cost estimating, related permits, engineering services during construction, and all related work required for a complete project.
